A little about me.

I’m Tycho. My work sits where technology, business, and people meet.

My background spans help desk, engineering, consulting, and channel pre-sales. Today, I work in technical product marketing in AvePoint’s global channel organization.

Technical clarity

Making complex capability understandable through clear positioning, demonstrations, and practical guidance.

Partner reality

Keeping the operational needs of MSPs close to the product conversation.

People behind the technology

The journey started with the people behind the ticket. That practical perspective continues through the channel work.

Global Technical Product Marketing Manager, Channel. My work connects product capability, partner reality, and the story between them. These are three recurring themes that shape my perspective.

01Translate capabilityTurn complex technology into clear narratives for technical and business audiences.

In practice: positioning, technical storytelling, demonstrations, and proofs of concept that connect capability to a real partner decision.
